IMS Band cannot function without the yearly support from our student’s band sponsors. Some of the annual expenses associated with operating a band program of this size include:
Transportation associated with field trips ($2000.00), Sheet music and books; band office supplies and classroom materials ($3000.00), Instrument repair and replacement ($5000.00), Instruction from top professionals for groups of students ($12,000.00), Accompanists for solo music performances ($2000.00), Entry fees for MPA, All State, All District and various music festivals ($2000.00), Awards ($2000.00)
If everyone will do his or her part or fair share of $100.00 per student, we can cover all the above expenses and not ask you for as much money for entry fees, accompanist fees, transportation fees, etc. etc. throughout the year.
As a convenience to our band parents, we will be able to receive credit card donations via the “Cashless Schools” program. You can access the system by clicking the “Pay Student Fees Online Now” link on the school’s Edline homepage, or use https://palmbeach.schoolscashonline.com to establish an account for your student. You will be able to choose your choice of donation amount. Please fill out the Letter to Sponsors/Sponsor Form regardless of payment method that is used.
